Resort Policy

• CHECK-IN is between 3pm and 8pm. Call if arriving after 5pm. The office closes at 10pm. CHECK-OUT is BEFORE 10am.
• A deposit of one night's rental is required to confirm reservation. Applied to the last day of reservation.
• Personal checks, money orders or venmo are accepted for deposits only. Balance is due in full upon arrival. We accept cash, money orders, travelers checks, Visa, Discover and Mastercard and American Express and Venmo.
• RATES REFLECT CASH DISCOUNT. HANDLING FEE ADDED FOR CREDIT CARD.
• Reservations held until 5pm unless notified otherwise.
• Deposits are nontransferable.
• Room preferences are accepted, however rooms are guaranteed by Type A-D not by specific room number or floor.
• Rates are subject to change unless secured by advance reservation and deposit.
• Brochure/Web page rates are listed guaranteed only if reserving by March 1st.
• Rates are based on double occupancy for a 3-night minimum stay and apply to advance reservations only.
• No charge for children under 10. Up to two children stay free only.
• $12.00 per night for additional persons ages 10 and up.
• Cancellation Policy: 14 days notice required for any part of cancellation. Reservations cancelled more than 14 days before arrival are subject to 15% service charge. No refunds for reservations cancelled less than 14 days before arrival. No refunds for early check-out or no show.
• Reservations will be cancelled if deposit is not received within 10 days.
• All holidays and weekends require a 3 night minimum.
• Rates do not include any taxes.
• NO PETS ALLOWED.
• NO stereos on decks, patio, and pool area.
• Additional restrictions and exclusions may apply.
• All convention groups must prepay for all rooms 30 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations are nonrefundable.
• No refund due to weather or early departure.
• Misrepresentation voids reservation.
• One parking space available per room.
• Any guest under 25 welcome when accompanied with a parent or guardian
